Added a new getUnionCodec helper that can be used to encode/decode any TypeScript union.

const codec: Codec<number | boolean> = getUnionCodec(
    [getU16Codec(), getBooleanCodec()],

);

codec.encode(42); // 0x2a00
codec.encode(true); // 0x01
